Fabrics, colors and sizes may vary slightly, as the style of our items is country/primitive and by nature "worn." All of our products are intended for indoor and decorative use only and should not be used as toys or as food or liquid containers.
By purchasing from The Hearthside Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Minimum Quantity: The minimum number of items is specified on each item's page. Orders must be placed in multiples of the minimum quantity. Example, if the minimum order is 3, then you must order in multiples of 3 (6, 9, 12, etc.).
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We will not charge credit cards until the merchandise is shipped.
Required: A signed exemption certificate with vendor's license or tax ID number. A minimum order of $100.
Back Orders: We automatically backorder any out-of-stock items totaling over $75. When placing an order, please let us know if you do not want us to backorder an out-of-stock item. Any backorder under $75 will be automatically cancelled.
Returns: Returns must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order. No returns on closeouts or seasonal merchandise. All battery-operated candles must be checked and claimed within 30 days of receipt. Please request a return authorization. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. When calling in an order without item numbers, we make every attempt to ship the correct item. If an item is incorrect, we will reship the correct item with no additional shipping fee. The return shipping on the original item will be at the customer's expense. No refunds will be given on shipping and handling. All items being sent back for inspection and possible credit must have a return authorization. For return authorization, call 1-877-918-1433.
Rush Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12 Noon EST Monday - Friday to leave our warehouse on the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after Noon EST will leave the following business day. Rush shipping is only available on in-stock items. Available only on contiguous United States orders and must include a street address. A $8.75 fee will be added to the shipping total for this service.

Resale of Goods: CWI Gifts is a wholesale distributor that carries various brands, some of which may require specific authorization and compliance with individual selling rules on resale platforms like Amazon. Sellers must handle all ecommerce-related requirements, including product documentation, certifications, and maintaining complete and accurate Amazon listings. This includes responsibility for listing content such as images, descriptions, and customer service functions related to their Amazon webstore. All product images and descriptions provided by CWI Gifts are proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. CWI Gifts does not support Amazon FBA or Transparency programs, is not liable for delisted products, and reserves the right to end customer relationships over brand rights violations.
Account Closure: The Hearthside Collection reserves the right to cease all sales to any Reseller who violates these terms.
